Disappointed

by Nancy

Bought this thinking it was great without B12 or folate. The niacin in it caused terrible flushing which was very uncomfortable. If you are sensitive to niacin, pick a product that niacinamide. Wasted my money.

Life changer if trying to optimize Vitamin B12 and folate levels

by MARGARET

Highly recommended. I have genetic issues with B12 and folate manufacture and absorption. I took Seeking Health’s advice and started using B minus along with a specifically tailored B12 and folate regimen. Doing this abolished fatigue and depression. Regarding another review, I am very sensitive to niacin and I do not have trouble with this formula. However, I always take it after a full meal and never on its own.
