B-Minus is ideal for those who have trouble tolerating methylated B vitamins, allowing for non-methylated or preferred forms of B12 and folate to be added to one's regimen as needed. Suggested Usage
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with or without food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
