My holistic doctor recommended this product for me and she took it herself. The B vitamins are good for so many things, especially dealing with stress. Just note: the capsules may turn a darker shade of orange the longer the bottle is open. I called the manufacturer and the man I spoke to said it doesn't affect the quality.
