My provider had me on B12 capsules but suggested the spray. My lab results show it’s working and I do feel noticeably better using spray consistently. This brand is a great value with effective results. I’ve purchased it at least 3 times and now have my husband using it. The key is to let the spray sit in mouth without swallowing to allow absorption.
