B-12 Intrinsic Factor provides vitamin B12 and folate in their most bioavailable forms, methylcobalamine and methyl folate. Intrinsic factor, stomach substance, duodenal substance and pancreatic enzyme concentrate are added to support B-12 absorption.

Love that this B12 contains intrinsic factor (there are very few out there that do). Looking forward to increasing my B12 levels with this product. Great amount of B12 in a methylated form for better absorption along with intrinsic factor is a win-win.
