Suggested Usage
Take 1-4 caplets daily, or as recommended by your health practitioner. Take consistently for at least 6 months.

works very well; I've tried many other adrenal products, but this one works the best. It is also good to take Renal Complex by Professional Formulas. It is a kidney glandular (good for fear), it helps also restore adrenals. I take 3 tabl. of adrenals and 3 of kidney.

I have suffered from adrenal fatigue and this product has been a part of helping my recovery. I am going to re-order. If your adrenals are fatigued I recommend taking this product along with following some of the other recommendations that Dr.Wilson describes in his book.

I've been taking this for several weeks and my exhaustion is lessening. I'm not sure if this is what is doing it, since I'm on so many other supplements but I'm going to continue with it. I read the book by Dr Wilson on Adrenal Fatigue and I think it is brilliant, so I'll continue integrating his protocol.

I started taking Adrenal Rebuilder supplements following a debilitating crash from overexertion, from which I thought I would never recover. I just couldn't go on working, or doing much of anything, for that matter - the littlest problem overwhelmed me with stress and it took all of my energy just to make breakfast. Anyone who has experienced adrenal fatigue/exhaustion knows how isolating and scary the illness is. It was awful and life seemed very dark. I started taking Adrenal Rebuilder and another of Dr. Wilson's supplements, Super Adrenal Stress Formula. Along with sensible eating, sleep and reducing life stressors, these supplements have made me feel SO much better. I have no complaints about the supplements themselves. They're wonderful. I'm a huge skeptic, and I praise them because they have truly helped me overcome a problem that I thought for sure was incurable.

As a women of that 'certain' age, I had the hormone test to see if the standard list of symptoms couldn't be eased. Came back very low on adrenal function (probably due to stress--imagine that?!) and my doctor recommended this product. I'm taking 3 a day, which is hard to remember, but my zest seems to be coming back, it's easier to sleep soundly, energy is better and state of mind is improving. Yeah!!

I first used this product several years ago when I realized I had adrenal fatigue. It is very effective, but be aware that depending on the severity of your adrenal fatigue it can take 6-18 months to resolve. Mine was severe, so it did take a full 18 months to fully resolve, though I did see incremental improvement before that. If this is your first time taking this product, you should read Dr. Wilson's book because there are lifestyle changes you should also make. I stopped taking this after 2-3 years thinking I was better, but adrenal fatigue has much to do with stress. A couple years ago I started on another adrenal fatigue product because it stated it was designed to work with Naturthroid thyroid, which I also take, and it has adaptogenic herbs that are also good for adrenal fatigue. It is a good product, but when my stress level increased it just wasn't strong enough as the amount of glandular ingredients is not as much as in Dr. Wilson's product. The other product does have organic glandular ingredients which Dr. Wilson's does not - and I wish it did - but Dr. Wilson's is very effective. I noticed improvement within a few days of starting it this time.
