I have been taking X-Flame for about six weeks now. It took about a month of taking four capsules a day to achieve great pain relief. I tried going down to three capsules, but found that may pain level went up. So I am continuing with my four capsule regimen. I highly recommend X-Flame and have recommended to family and friends.

Botanical-based Nutrients

X-Flame has surprisingly become a staple for me. Unfortunately, I'm unable to tolerate both OTC meds and supplements for pain & inflammation! But for some unknown reason, I do will with Nutritional Frontier's combo of botanical-based nutrients !
