If this is is indeed what it claims it deserves the 5 stars. Because all the other "vitamin C" outthere are just absorbic acid. The whole vitamin is much more effective. I ordered a bottle and took 2 a day and my blood pressure is getting a bit better (it was ok to begin with). I will definitely keep taking this for a while and report back on the long-term research.
