Brought my numbers back down into normal range

This partiular brand tested high at consumerlab.com.
My a1c was 5.9 up from 5.7 last year. And my cholesterol was 257.
I'm happy to say taking this brand for 5 months has brought my a1c numbers back into the normal range and my cholesterol dropped 30 points. I didn't change anything else.

Well right now it can cause loose stools but certainly not anything like Metformin. It does the same thing with blood sugars tho. I haven't tested. Please also supplement with B12.
