Vitamin K2 is a more biologically active form of vitamin K extracted from a fermented Japanese soyfood called natto, a powerhouse of nutrients. Fat-soluble, it is an essential cofactor for the production of proteins that bind calcium supporting cardiovascular and bone health. Vitamin K2 is more efficient than K1 because it remains in circulation longer and is active in more tissues.
Suggested Usage
1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

- Calcium (as dibasic calcium phosphate) 110 mg 11%
Other Ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, sorbitol, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate, and modified cellulose gum.
Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, soy, wheat, salt preservatives, or artificial color, flavor, or fragrance.
Warnings
If you are pregnant, may become pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you are taking anticoagulant drugs such as warfarin (Coumadn) consult a healthcare practitioner before using. Vitamin k2 may counteract the effects of anticoagulation therapy, and there is not recommended for patients on blood-thinning medications.
Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing.
