This is a great vitamin D supplement, it does feel like you get the vitamins it says. The capsule it easy to swallow or you can break it open. This is a great addition to a vitamin routine! definately a vitamin to boost your intake!

I have very low energy and it doesn't help that my bones ache making me not want to get out of bed or move much but I decided to try these to see if it would help with bone strength and I can notice a difference in the short amount of time I've taken these. It's getting easier to get up and do things around the house and I don't get as tired like before. I'm hopeful this will help, so I'm going to keep taking these to ensure that my body is healthy.

I have always have a vitamin d Deficiency and my dr always prescribes me a quick fix. Well I've been taking these pills one tablet a week and it shows my levels are back into normal range. The down size of this pill is the nasty smell and taste to them.

I got this Vitamin D3 50,000 Capsule .using three weeks from now looks like it will work because I have a deficiency of vitamin D I use other brand but have no difference in my report. but I am using this form for three weeks feels good and energetic me and my husband both taking these capsules and we recommend this product to a friend

This seems to be a fantastic vitamin. I have been taking it for a few weeks now and have not noticed any side effects. I feel like I have more energy and providing my body with what it needs. I take one tablet per day in the morning on an empty stomach.

I received these to try and then write a review on. I have had them for about three weeks. I don't get that nasty vitamin taste from them. As far as stronger bones. I don't know if it is working or not. I can say that I did kiss the sidewalk and did not break any bones. So I guess they did help.

Living in the Pacific Northwest can leave you feeling sad and fatigued due to the lack of sunshine. I found this out about 7 years ago when my doctor ordered labs and found that my body was extremely low on Vitamin D. Since then I have taken the supplement in order to keep my bones, immune system and mood in general healthy. I love that you only have to take this once a week. I usually forget to take it in the morning every day so once a week is great. Even if I forget on the day I usually remember the next day. I feel much better after taking this especially in the winter when there is less sunlight. Great product.

My vitamin D level has been very low over a year. I was told I needed to start vitamin D 50,000 units 1 time a week. I am glad they make this product in this strength. I have only been taking prescription strength. I will have my vitamin D checked next month to see if my levels incresed. Hopefully this product works.

I received a large bottle of vitamin d3 50,000 capsules to try. I like the large size of the bottle for these vitamins along with the not difficult to open but secure cap. The capsules were perfect sized and not difficult to swallow. Great product!

It takes awhile to get used to taking this Vitamin D3 50,000 IU only once a week instead of daily but that isn't really a big problem and now I enjoy only having to remember to take it weekly. It is also a pretty tiny capsule so it is really easy to swallow which I appreciate.

I've had a Vit D deficiency for over a decade & so I often get tested during visits every 4-6 months. I have never been able to bring my D levels up all these years, despite using various over the counter & prescribed D3.
