Therefore, vitamin D supplementation can be of great benefit. Thorne Vitamin D Liquid for adults and children makes supplementation easy. Our liquid Vitamin D can be mixed with food or beverage. It comes in a base of medium chain triglyceride oil without soy oil or sesame oil, and it is preserved with mixed tocopherols (natural vitamin E).
The Vitamin D Council (VDC) is a non-profit organization comprised of medical professionals, vitamin D researchers, and concerned citizens whose objective is to educate professionals and the public on vitamin D deficiency and its associated health risks. The VDC recommends an average daily intake of 5,000 IU vitamin D for adults, as well as regular testing of vitamin D levels in the blood.
Suggested Usage
- Take 2 drops one to three times daily or as recommended by your health professional.

I particularly like that this product is tasteless. I just put drops on a spoon and my kids lick it off. My husband adds it to smoothies - his vit D blood levels have tripled using this product. I have my parents and brother using it now too.
