Suggested Usage
Take 1 softgel every 3 days with a fat-containing meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Vitamin D is a necessity during the overcast winters in my state. This product works great for my partner and I. We love the high dose so that we can take it every other day. I learned that it's helpful to take this in the morning (so that it doesn't interfere with sleep) with a little bit of fat to help it dissolve.

We use NOW BRANDS for many of our supplements. We love this Vit D3 because of its high potency and easy to swallow. Very small Gold pearl gel capsule makes it easy to download lots of it at once for a boost of immunity when getting sick. Highly recommend this one!
