Suggested Usage
Adults take 4 capsules daily. For best results, take 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules with lunch.

Raw Calcium supplement

This is the best product if you need to take a calcium supplement, in my opinion, this clearly was the most effective product I've tried. My Dexa Scans showed a migration from a diagnosis of osteoporosis to osteopenia. My physician said she'd not seen such a dramatic shift in my numbers. This product also contains other beneficial components that contribute to overall benefits for myself. Read the label and decide for yourself if this product will also meet your needs. It certainly made a significant difference for me personally.

Natural Plant Calcium, Not Made From Sea Shells

Easy to swallow, acceptable taste, made from plant calcium, no animal bones, sea shells, crushed limestone or other calcium waste products. Added vitamin D3 and K2 + probiotics to help with digestion.
I much prefer a more natural way to take vitamins and minerals.

Broken bone healed faster than expected!

I have been taking Calcium Citrate along with prescribed medications for osteoporosis per my doctor for about 8 years. My osteoporosis worsens regardless as measured on a bone density scans every 2 years. About 8 months ago I fell and broke my humorous/upper arm close to the shoulder. They were expecting that I'd need surgery due to my osteoporosis, but as it turned out, after about 2 weeks, the bone was almost completely healed as seen on x-ray. This surprised everyone, most of all my orthopedist! He asked what calcium I was taking so he could share that info with his other patients. I was happy to share your product with him.

An annual physical revealed I was calcium deficient. As I end my 60s it seemed to be important to maintain calcium for my bones and other physiological processes. But how?
After doing a little online research and speaking to a number of people, this product seemed the best way to suppliment my calcium intake. As it happens, this IS effective, for me. How it may work for you I cannot say.
