I can use this Vit C with no side effect

I highly recommend this product for those who have Citrus fruit allergies, as I do, and have a hard time getting enough C in their diets. I empty out a capsule or two and put it in my smoothie, or mix it in my salad dressing eliminating any tummy irritation. When I take it mixed with my food, I have a happy tummy and a happy, healthier me. ;)
