Suggested Usage
Adults: Take 2 ml (2.5 dropperfuls) two times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Can be added to water or juice. Shake well before using.

I love this product, this is my 3rd order. My holistic doctor turned me on to this. In the afternoon when I get sluggish and start craving sweets or anything else I fill up a glass of water and put in a full dropper. This stuff works. I bring mine on vacation.

My mainstream primary care physician recommended Vital Adapt Tonic to me about 7 years ago. I only do 15 drops a day as more than that affects my sleep. My PT tested my body's acceptance of this tonic and it "ramped" me up as she says.

I really would have preferred the caplets which I had first used as recommended by my Naturopath. However when I tried 3 times to reorder you were out of stock so I opted for the liquid form. It is a little hard to get used to as far as taste is concerned so I can manage to take only about 1/2 the Vital Adapt Tonic dose recommended.

I prefer the capsules by far but they were out of stock. However, it is better to take Vital Adapt Tonic than nothing at all. However, I get better results with the capsules.
