I've taken the Vital Adapt liquid since May 2012 and LOVE it. Wanted to try capsules as they were a bit cheaper and easier to keep in my purse. They do not work as well as the liquid but are better than nothing. If you couldn't stand the taste of the liquid then I would go ahead with these.

Taking this along with another group of supplements to help recover from an injury. Am feeling better but hesitant to provide a higher score because it could be the combination, one or more of the other supplements, or simply the physical therapy and passing of time.

Vital Adapt gives me more energy in the mornings (I don't drink coffee) and seems to just make me feel a little better overall. I like that it's natural and I was surprised that I did not get sick with colds as often this past year since I began taking it! I think it has boosted my immune system.

I also use it in liquid/tonic version, due to the fact that is easier to use it while out of home or on trips. I'd been searching for a solid adaptogen formula to use in treating and helping me with “—“ condition, this is evident by a positive and remarkable blood work, and have been very pleased. I've tried the liquid but prefer the capsules. Recommended by my functional med doc for overall health. If you know anything about adaptogens, you will know this must be a great product. I've been using for years and plan to continue.
