Natural-source carotenes provide better antioxidant action than synthetic beta-carotene. Metafolin® as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF), an active form of folate (Vitamin B9), is included to ensure more immediate effects on metabolism than traditional folic acid essential to healthy child development. Mineral compounds, including amino acid chelates and citrates, are selected for easy and comfortable digestion for even the most sensitive individuals. This chewable multivitamin is perfect for picky palates and those who have trouble swallowing pills.*

Suggested Usage
Children aged four and over: Chew two tablets daily with meals.
Adults: Chew two tablets, once or twice daily, with meals.

Huge and smell and taste terrible.

Well, I will start off with the positive. These are LOADED with great vitamins and minerals. However, they are not ""chews"", as the name suggests. They are HUGE chalky tablets that taste and smell terrible. I couldn't even take them, let alone my picky 10 year old. Will not be buying again and won't even finish this bottle. Disappointed because the vitamin and mineral content is unmatched. Too Bad.

The vitamins don't have the best taste, but they aren' bad! Especially if you already eat clean and organic... Your taste buds won't need high sugary flavor. Myself and my four kids take them. We love his company.
