Natracare's Ultra Pads Super Absorbency are natural pads made with an organic cotton cover and sustainable plant cellulose fill.
A very discreet slim pad with wings, Ultra Pads Super Absorbency absorb your menstrual fluid and lock it away so that the soft organic cotton cover allows your skin to breath while you remain dry.
Suitable for a heavy flow, these natural pads are also
- Chlorine free
- Perfume free
- Plastic-free, as polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyacrylate super absorbents may irritate your skin
- Individually wrapped in biodegradable purse packs

Natracare pads do not contain synthetic materials, such chemical additives as binders or surfactants, fragrances, or dyes. And the organic and natural materials used are over 95% biodegradable and compostable.
For example, the absorbent core is made from Forest Stewardship Council certified pulp (FSC) and the cover next to your skin is certified organic 100% cotton.
Concerns over Dioxin Pollution
Health and environmental concerns over dioxin pollution were the inspiration for Natracare organic cotton tampons and organic and natural pads. This pollution is the result of chlorine bleaching, the broad use of pesticides on conventionally grown cotton, and the use of rayon and other synthetics in feminine hygiene.
Suggested Usage
Peel back the paper strip and fix the pad to panty, folding the wings over the edges of them.
Disposal:
Natracare advises that you wrap the pad in paper and put into a waste bin. Naturacare pads are over 90% biodegradable and are compostable under the correct conditions.

I tried these last year- along with Natracare tampons which I like- and would not purchase again. These pads are definitely slim, but NOT suitable for heavy flow, imo. I like that Natracare products are organic and better for your body, but sadly these pads do not hold up.

Perfect for teens or those with light flow allergic to latex

We discovered my daughter's sensitively to latex when she was young, but did not anticipate that this would also mean she could not use regular feminine products. This is a wonderful product and saved her! However we do wish that they had a heavier flow version of this pad. I have to buy another brand of organic pad on amazon for her heavy flow days.
