I generally take this supplement daily. I have done so for years. My naturopath helped me select it, based on it's quality and on the broad range of minerals that it includes. While I understand the skepticism related to the effectiveness of a capsule that includes so many ingredients, I have taken comfort in the possibly that some may be helping me some of the time, which may be the best I can do!!! I would definitely recommend The Big One.
