Super EFA Liquid Plus is a unique blend of fish oil from sardine and anchovy to specifically assist in overall cardiovascular health, particularly in reducing high serum triglycerides/triacylglycerols levels (1). Super EFA Liquid Plus contains eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) from sardine and anchovy oils in a EPA:DHA ratio of 1.35:1 that supports cardiovascular health. It is a source of omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA for the maintenance of good health.

Suggested Usage

Not your mother's castor oil!

I have memories of awful cod liver oil every morning before school as a child. It may have been good for me but you won't get me near it today. My naturopath recommended this product and I am happy to take it to maintain my heart health.
