as I am 93 yrs old and took this product when young it got me to 93 yrs old-but now I take meds for sugar and heart and eye--its a lot of meds--so my doc yrs ago said ok use product but now I must as the doc if its ok now--its a problem--as I take one a day for men and 1k granolas in water for vitamin c--and vitamin 100 b vitamin--its complicated if there is interaction-and taking 2 hots for flu and more---good luck all it was good once for my age but ---now ?----mk1931@juno.com--live long and prosper!---
