Suggested Usage
Adults: Take two teaspoons every six hours, as needed.

Stomach hurts

This is for sure a really good product. You can't beat herbs or herb combinations I found that it did so my stomach The only problem I have, it was rather Sharp tasting on my throat.. but that's because I have a sensitive throat. It's a healthy Product.
