This variation of the product is a vegetarian and gluten-free protein powder supplement.

Suggested Usage
Four rounded tablespoons (scoops) in 8 ounces water. One to three servings per day, or as directed.
Mix thoroughly for 10-15 seconds.

Great product but precer flavorrd

Ivr tried many plain protein powders and besides collagen, I prefer the flavored varieties. But if you like plain this has a great value of nutrients needed by the body.
