We prepare our Shatavari Extract from the root of Asparagus racemosus plants that have been Certified Organically Grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.

To assure optimal extraction of Shatavari's bioactive compounds, the roots are hand-harvested in the fall, carefully shade-dried and are then thoroughly extracted.

Suggested Usage

Shake well before using.

Two (2) or three (3) times per day take 30 to 40 drops in a little water.

Ingredients

Cistilled water, certified organic grain alcohol & Shatavari extractives.

Hot flash relief

I suffer from debilitating hot flashes and cold sweats. I did a little research and found Shatavari. I tried many other Hot Flash medications, and remedies to my dismay and nothing worked. But the Shatavari works so well. I have little to no hot flashes and cold sweats. But once I miss a day or two not taking the Shatavari, the hot flash symptoms come back. I recommend Shatavari for those who suffer from hot flash and cold sweat symptoms
