Not sure if I noticed a difference for menopausal symptoms, Rosacea

Supposedly this helps with menopausal symptoms of dryness as well as Rosacea, but I did not notice much of a difference compared to taking a high quality Omega 3. I think that it is worth trying and judging for oneself, though, since my doctor mentioned that these ingredients can be helpful for skin.
