Best supplement for hormonal balance

This supplement, along with Douglas Labs DIM, are solely responsible for balancing my hormones for the first time in 10 years. I just got bloodwork done after taking this for a couple years and my ND was pleasantly surprised to find my hormone levels to be perfectly between the healthy markers for women.
