Good If You Can Get It Out Of The Wrapper
by Miss
I have used Nature's Way and am a fan. This is the first time trying the SAMBUCUS ELDERBERRY ZINC LOZENGES. They seem effective for improving my immune system once I extracted the lozenge from the plasic wrapper that was stuck to the lozenge. I eventually gained some tricks: first oil my fingers, then run water over the wrapper as the plastic wrapper is scraped off the lozenge. Sure some of the lozenge is lost down the drain but how else is one to get to the lozenge? I tried placing the plastic wrapped lozenge in a glass of room temperature water until it dissolved, stirred in and then drank it. However, the results seem more effective when the lozenges is sucked inside the mouth.
