Very effective

Use of this product has resulted in improved sleep and is definitely calming. I don't find it energizing (as is advertised) but do appreciate the above effects. I've been advised to take this for 3 months at a time and then take a week off before starting again which is apparently common advice with regard to herbs. I appreciate this brand's quality and purity.
