Warnings
Do not use if pregnant or nursing.

This was a God send

I bought this product 5 years ago and used it for years, I had the most severe hot flashes a person can have and was on estrogen for 18 years so I could sleep. I wanted to go natural and found this product recommended by a doctor. It works. I still was a little warm occasionally but no more sweats. I could live a normal life.
