Suggested Usage

Use this primarily to reduce nasal and eye irritation in the springtime due to blooming plants. This does not cause drowsiness. This does not keep you awake either. Note though, your nose will be a little bit more runny than normal when taking 100 mg or more per day. Consider taking one in the morning and one in the late afternoon either with or without food. A secondary use is for external hemorrhoids. Take it by mouth. The part in this formula that supports hemorrhoid relief is rutin and hesperidin. The combination of this supplement orally and direct application of horse chestnut ointment by Planetary sold here should provide relief within 24 hours.

My naturopath recommended this product for congestion and allergies. This is a natural antihistamine. It works great. Husband and son use also.

I've used the more pricey Quercetin products all the way to the very cheap. So far, this brand is my favorite. It helps me manage symptoms from working with animals and being exposed to mold. While using this product, I have had much less issues with sinus irritation, inflammation, and stuffiness. I will continue to use this quercetin and I do recommend it.

Allergy Research Group is a good company. Quercitin and bioflavonoids are good things to take. For personal reasons I'm only taking one a day but understand it would be good to take more.
