One serving of Psyllium Husk from Source Naturals is an excellent, low calorie source of soluble dietary fiber and provides four grams of soluble fiber. Source Naturals uses only the husks of the seed, which are more nutritious and a much better fiber source than the seeds. Along with a diet low in saturated fats and cholesterol, psyllium husk may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. Psyllium seed husk may also support a healthy digestive system and encourage healthy bowel movements. 

Suggested Usage

1 to 2 times daily, briskly stir 1 rounded teaspoon (5 g) in 8 ounces of liquid. Drink immediately, before the liquid begins to gel.
Suitable for adults and children 4 years and over.

Best Ever!!

I will NEVER switch to different brand of psyllium husk powder for many reasons.This is the most potent meaning smaller dose & only one dose!!! Let's face it, this stuff is like mud & not too pleasing to the palate, but with that being said, this mixes the easiest, bulks the best, and has the smallest dose. I tried the capsules once and I will never do that again. You literally have to take a whole handful multiple times a day, not fun!!I have tried other powders. They don't dissolvemix well, or the dose is TABLESPOONS instead of tea spoons. I like a smaller amount of mud to swallow. Great product too! Bulks up mu chronically loose stools!!Love it, bummed out that it is out of stock!!
