Suggested Usage
Massage 1 pump into smooth skin areas such as wrists, inner arms or thighs, throat, abdomen or chest, once or twice daily. Rotate applications to these areas. Premenopausal women, use 14 days prior to the first day of menstration, discontinue and repeat. These are general recommendations only and may need to be modified for individual needs.

I started getting hot flashes in my late 40's. My nutritionist recommended using this progesterone cream twice a day starting mid cycle. It has worked wonders for me and my hot flashes are gone.

A little disappointed

I just started using this product so it is hard to judge the effectiveness. I will likely choose a different progesterone cream next time. After two weeks of use, the pump still dispenses a different amount each time. I had selected this product because I thought the pump would dispense a consistent dosage. I also don't care for the fairly strong medicinal odor. The cream does not absorb very well; so if I'm in a rush, I suspect that much of it is rubbing off on my clothes.

The product gave me balance. NATURAL PROGESTERONE SKIN CREAM---- ITS THE BEST. I didn't want to use prescription from my physician, it was too strong and I refuse to use it. The Natural Progesterone is very natural, with no side effects at all. I recommend anyone to try this. One full pump each day for 21 days, then discontinue for 7 days after then I repeat again for another 21 Days. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. has really helped me.
