I love the "Miracle Tree"

Apparently Moringa is called the Miracle Tree because it has so many vitamins and minerals in it. Twice the protein of yogurt (it is a complete plant-based protein as well), 4 times the Vitamin A of Carrots, 17x the Calcium of Milk, etc. So it is basically a really super food. The package also has a really good recipe for using it in A Funky Pesto sauce. Highly approved!
