This Joint Supplement works real well in my knee pain. I get knee pain from normal wear when sitting down and getting up on the toilet getting out of my car going up and diwn the stairs and kneeling down to the floor and getting back up. I take 1 capsule twice a day and the pain would go away. But if I skip this Supplement for just a day the knee pain would return. When I take it again the pain can take a few hours to a day to go away.

I started taking this maybe two weeks ago. I had deep knee aching and pain. Today I can say it’s 80% gone. I cannot believe it. I work out and had been running but had to stop due to the aching and pain. I had stiffness too. This supplement totally knocked that out.
