I take collagen for my joints and skin. Some other brands have only 1 or 2 types but this one has 5. I much prefer to take it this way as a capsule instead of a powder with a bad aftertaste.

Cold weather affects the knees!

Since the weather has gotten colder my knees and knuckles have been very achy and stiff so my doctor told me to try collagen protein. Since I've ordered a few products from Codeage I searched here and found this one. My taste buds seem to be overly sensitive to powders so I was excited that these are capsules and easy to take. I just take it with my breakfast each morning and have noticed a difference in my knees.
