Suggested Usage
Adults: Shake Well Before Using. Add one full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 4 times per day. Best taken between meals.

Noneffective for allergy type respiratory problems

Heard that umckaloabo would help with shortness of breath, coughing, etc. Decided to give it a try, but after a week of use now, it really hasn't helped much. Mullein leaf extract is more effective.
