Adverse Reaction-Proceed with Caution
by Jenn R
This supplement made me very dizzy and sick to my stomach. I even took 2 capsules to start rather than the recommended 3. I have taken all of the ingredients in it before with no problem -- together in another supplement that was out of stock -- except for two of them. One of those is an herb I have taken separately with no issues (Licorice), and also have taken in combination with the other ingredients in this supplement. I have also taken L-Tyrosine before with no issues, but not the N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine (NALT) formulation. That might be what I reacted to. I read that NALT is more readily absorbed by the human gut than simple L-Tyrosine, so maybe it was too much for me? Proceed with caution.
