Suggested Usage
Adults: One capsule daily or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

Other Ingredients: Rice flour, vegetable lubricant, and gelatin (capsule).
May contain traces of lactose (milk) used in processing.

IThe doctor prescribed an iron supplement from a local health food store.... they were out of the iron supplementz.... I had taken iron supplements before and they upset my digestive system and I preferred the anemia over the unpleasant side effects!! I tried to locate the same tablets the Dr had asked me to purchase from the Health Food Store.on line and found this product. It is working great and I have no upset digestive system at all.

I use this to keep my iron levels up. Take it in the morning with breakfast. Seems to be working, so I'm happy with the product
