I like this brand because it is food-based and formulated for the needs of my age group and gender. I like that it is just one pill to take because I didn't want the mega-dose multivitamins since I take a separate complementary B-complex, calcium, and magnesium. I just needed a general multivitamin that has a bit of the other essential vitamins, and then I try to get other nutrients from my meals.
