Saccharomyces boulardii taken orally supports the production of secretory IgA, and helps friendly probiotic bacteria to colonize the GI tract. It is a transitory microorganism and is eliminated after supplementation is stopped.
Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, 1 to 3 capsules three times daily, preferably on an empty stomach, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
To maintain potency, store tightly closed and refrigerated.

Good product that supports lower GI. My only complaint is that it is difficult to keep cold, even with the ice pack that is shipped with it, during hot summers. Don't know that there's a way around that.
