Suggested Usage
Adults and children over the age of 12: Take 2 tablets every 2 hours for 2 doses, then reduce to 1 tablet every 4 hours.

I had been purchasing NerveFix for quite a while. In the spring, the manufacturer changed the formula, and I don't feel the new formula works as well.
