Suggested Usage

Best Probiotic

I have used several brands and find these to be the best and most effective. They are small, easy to swallow (even without water), and the benefits are almost immediate. My digestion has improved and well as my daily morning "go". Lol I take them before bed so they can work during the night. I found this to be very beneficial and they work better.
