Vascular Support: Pomegranate juice consumption has been associated with helping to moderate the effects of stress on healthy heart and circulatory function as well as maintaining healthy blood vessel relaxation properties. Components, such as polyphenols and anthocyanins, also contribute to its vascular support properties, including antioxidant protection for healthy coronary endothelial cells. Red raspberry flavonoids provide complementary vascular support, especially for neutralizing free radicals that attack lipid cell membranes. The prized palm berry açai of Brazil, where it is known as “the fruit of life”, is a dynamic, nutrient dense addition to this formulation, offering vitamins, minerals, fiber, essential fatty acids, amino acids, and anthocyanins. As a source of potassium, calcium, magnesium and phytosterols, açai berry presents synergistic cardiovascular support potential. Furthermore, açai has oleic acids and provides an ideal profile of heart–healthy mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids, comparable to that of olive oil. Naturally occurring alpha tocopherol and tocotrienols are also valuable components for lipid antioxidant protection.

Cellular Support: Ellagic acid, found in pomegranate and red raspberry extracts, has a promising role in supporting liver, lung, esophagus, stomach, colon and prostate health.

Pomegranate Plus contains pomegranate (whole fruit) extract, standardized to contain 70% ellagic acid, açai berry (whole fruit) extract and red raspberry (whole fruit) extract, standardized to contain 40% ellagic acid. Vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate) is derived from corn dextrose fermentation and palm oil. Hypo-allergenic plant fiber is derived from pine cellulose.
