Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, chew or dissolve 2 lozenges in mouth following meals or as needed.

Bottom-line is that they worked (can't tell how much of it was the lozenges versus stress reduction). I would recommend them and via this company as even as value-minded as I am, I felt it was a fair price. I spend less than $20 per year on added nutrients and aim to keep it that way, barring Federal Reserve Bank forced inflation.

I had ordered another Papaya product from my vitamin catalog. It was in tablet form. I wanted a chewable. NOW has a good reputation so I bought this one. It also contained some added digestive enzymes that are necessary for digestive issues. Works very well.

I have been dealing with digestive issues, especially at night, for a long time. I now just chew 2 wonderful tasting NOW Papaya Enzymes after my meal and all my discomfort is gone. I suggest that anyone dealing with GERD or heartburn should give these enzymes a try.
