My only source of calcium

I have an intolerance to dairy so this is the primary source of calcium I get. My Naturopath recommended it because of the formulation and asorbability. So far, no osteoporosis! An added advantage of the high dose of magnesium is that I take 2 of these at night before bed, which has helped me sleep (I also take 2 with breakfast). There really are no negatives; I need to take 4 a day because I don't eat dairy, but they go down without a problem.

No real effect

Age 59 diagnosed with osteoporsis. Had been taking this supplement for about 2 years prior to diagnosis because of family history. Continued to take these for an additional 2 years. Next Dexa scan, osteoporosis has gotten worse. I walk 5 miles a day and do weight training and watch my diet. This supplement does not seem to have supported my issue.
