Great iodine supplement

I cannot go without this product. The best iodine supplement I have ever taken. I really like it is 200mcg per tablet which allows you to adjust your dose. I tik thin afternoon between 3pm and 5pm it picks me up. I have thyroid drainage and it was recommended my health prationer. I can feel it if I have not taken it for a while.
