Mandatory that you replace zinc when using Dr Chris Shade's Quicksilver (play on words for mercury. Read his interview transcript to find out how he was motivated--& gifted--to start his company that we all may fighting the dis-eases of which heavy metals are an exacerbating factor benefit from) for the bodies vital functionings rely upon metals to carry out their processes and will seize hold of any or first available metals to so do. This is so simple, just take one mini cap daily. But if i were actively pulling metals w/Quicksilver IMD (Intestinal Metal Detox), would use 1 cap 2x's daily. Seemed to reduce brain fogginess, aided in mood too😊
