Suggested Usage

My whole family uses the OptiCleanse Plus. We prefer the Vanilla Delight. My daughter wanted a little variety, so we buy the Chocolate once a month or so. Very filling and keeps tummy feeling good. Took a little adjustment, just like any cleanse, but if we eat something that our gastrointestianal tract doesn't like, this seems to help.

This product will keep you feeling full. The problem is you have to get by the taste and texture. I have added fresh and frozen fruit and nothing helps. I would not buy again. (I have the vanilla)

I’ve used the chocolate for years, to do twice a year cleanses. I cannot tolerate fruit and a lot of the choices available have monk fruit so this is perfect. I also HATE sweetened products so this works great for me. I preferred it before it came in individual packages, but it’s the same product. Because the price is so high i usually do half a pack with a scoop of pea protein to make it last longer.
