Suggested Usage
Take 1 softgel twice daily, or use as directed by your healthcare professional. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.

Contains: Fish (anchovy and/or mackerel and/or sardine and/or tuna [sources of fish oil], tilapia and/or pangasius [sources of fish gelatin]).
Does Not Contain: Wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, soy protein, dairy products, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, ingredients derived from genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

Great Absorption

If you don't have a gallbladder or get "fish burps" with other fish oils, that is a digestion problem. This stuff is predigested, so no fish burps and better absorption. If you don't have a gallbladder, this is the only fish oil you should be taking.
