I appreciate that I only have to take one pill daily. It is large but due to the design and materials used for the capsule, it goes down easily.

I have been taking this capsule once a day for almost 5 years. I believe the krill oil really supports joint health. I am over 65 and my joints are in better shape than they were when I was 50.
